ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Inga's roots are in reading tarot and runes, as well as energetic work. Finding her place adjacent to mainstream holistic spaces, she aims to fully bridge the gap in demographics; creating a truly community focused practice and holistic hub.
Her refusal to use a "one-size-fits-all" approach means clients can find the blend of practices that suits them best; be it through coaching, regular readings or body focused sessions such a somatic's and reiki.

What services do you offer?

There are a variety of services on offer. 1-1 sessions such as tarot and rune readings, and mixed somatic and energetic sessions. As well as classes and workshops working with the same techniques. If you're looking for something specific or are unsure and in need of more information please don't hesitate to email.

How do I book an appointment?

All the services listed are bookable, just choose a day and appointment time, and you will be taken to check out. Please note all bookable services on this website are for Inga. To contact and make a booking with the other practitioners the practice at The Green Door please head to the practitioners page under The Green Door heading.

Where are you located and what are your opening hours?

The Green Door is located at 1st Floor, 11 Nile Street, North Shields, NE29 0BD.

Inga works alternating weeks but all availability will be listed under the bookable services. Please note that The Green Door is a hosts the rest of its practitioners, so although the above hours are when we "function", there isn't always walk-in availability if there are no visiting or on hand practitioners

Is there Parking?

There is metered street parking directly outside of the studio and on the surrounding roads, however spaces are not guaranteed so please leaving plenty of time before your appointment if you are choosing to drive.

We are located approx 3-5 min walk from both North Shields Bus Interchange Hub, as well as North Shields Metro Station.

Is there disabled access?

Although we are located up stairs/ on the first floor, we are more than happy to find other ways to be able to work with you. We're also happy to run "low sensory" sessions such as no music, no incense, and "hands off" energetic sessions. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have specific needs
