Shadow work extention

An extention for those who have done the 8 week shaow work course (group or solo) to help continue to reveal and work on themes that have already been brought up. The sessions are 1hr long and consist of at least two "walks" as well as discussion and unpacking of what's found. Can be booked whenever as maintenance sessions
